She took part in singing competitions and performed as part of the school's theater program and was a singer in choruses. Her character then seeks revenge on the rapers. The film was directed by Steven R. Monroe the film premiered on October 8th of 2010. Butler started shooting The Stranger Within with Estella and William Baldwin, the psychological thriller, on Mallorca on November 11, 2011. She was part of the cast for Los Angeles of Treachery, which starred Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12 2012.
